Stephens County Science Fair sponsored by the Duncan Breakfast Optimist Club for over 30 years. Support by local industries, business and professional men and women, parents and educators has made this annual event possible.
Students begin competing in the fifth grade. Many continue throughout their middle and high school careers. This experience challenges students to use the scientific method to develop ideas, hypothesis, theories, research, and conclusions.
This program has created a positive impact on many young people of Stephens County evidenced by their success in school, career, and life.
