I heard that Brian Deegan decided to leave Metal Mulisha and focus on racing rather than tricks. Is this true? If it is, team Etnies will lose their best rider. (In my opinion)
Although it would be interesting to see how he does against Carmichael. Nothing against RC- he did refine supercross- but it would be nice to see somebody else win for a while! I mean, Ricky has been number 1 for the last six years. If Deegan really is going to race, he could give him a run for his money. I don't know if he could beat Ricky, but I know that James Stewart could. I've seen them race, and I think that Bubba is the better rider. When I saw them, in the last race Bubba was in second for about one lap, then he stalled. By the time he got his bike started, he was in last place, but by the end of the race, he had moved up like 27 places to finish 3rd! It was amazing! If he hadn't stalled, he would have beaten Carmichael, hands down.
McGrath claims that his invitational will be his last professional supercross race. Does anybody else feel immensly sad about that? He has retired before, but it sounds like this is it. What do you think? Can the Supercross King really stay off the track?
